Yes, it’s a premiere on our website – the first Seat tuning we’re going to talk about. The project, put together by JE Design, a car tuning company from Germany, was focused on a Seat Ibiza and includes an entire array of aerodynamic and appearance improvements.
The car has been equipped with a new rear apron attachment that resembles carbon fiber, a front spoiler, side skirts, headlamp covers and a central tailpipe shaped like a trapeze that can be mounted on both types of Ibiza-s. In addition, the 3- and 5-door hatchback versions of the Seat Ibiza can be mounted with a roof edge.
There have been some improvements done to the control of the car, in the sense that a ride-lowering suspension kit has been added, complimented by a set of 17- or 18-inch shadow silver or matt black Multispoke alloy wheels.
The performance of the Ibiza has been slightly improved as well, as follows: the 1.2-liter TSI engine delivers a stock 103 HP (77 kW) and 175 Nm (129 lb-ft) of torque and has been improved to 138 HP (103 kW) and 230 Nm (170 lb-ft) of torque; the 1.6-liter TDI unit on the other hand has had its output increased from 103 HP (77 kW) and 250 Nm of torque to a lower 123 HP (92 kW) and 295 Nm (218 lb-ft) of torque.
Upgrades for the 1.4 TSI and 2.0 TDI CR are on the go, the stock version delivering 141 HP (105 kW) and respectively 148 HP (110 kW). You can now upgrade your Seat Ibiza by getting in touch with Seat partners and JE Design.
