The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible is pretty much an awesome car; however, this powerful ride is now available with an aftermarket power boost developed by O.CT Tuning. More is always better, that’s for sure, and since the team joined forces with Edelbrock to modify the latest open-top Corvette, we cannot help but get excited.
The Corvette comes with a supercharged LT V8 6.2-liter engine, which normally develops 455 hp (339 kW) and 460 lb-ft (624 Nm) of torque. Once the optional performance exhaust system was fitted, drivers may enjoy 460 hp (343 kW) and 465 lb-ft (630 Nm).
Sure, that seems a much to small of a difference; so, if this isn’t enough, O.CT Tuning and Edelbrock are offering a power lift to 621 hp (463 kW) and 612 lb-ft (810 Nm). That can be achieved by remapping the ECU and adding a bespoke compressor kit and upgrades to the inter-cooler. Customers may also opt out for a stainless steel exhaust system with valve control, along with a wide variety of alloys. Corvette fans should really be happy.
