Does anyone here wish to drive a new Corvette Z06, featuring the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 and 625 horsepower? Have no worries, Callaway is here. The team developed the S610 tuning package for the the 2014 Corvette Stingray, giving it a similar appearance and power output to that of the Z06. In addition, a new supercharger and high performance exhaust system have enabled the Corvette to develop 610 HP and 556 lb-ft of torque, much more enjoyable than the standard Corvette and its 455 horses and 460 lb-ft of torque.
With all these mods, the Corvette is supposedly capable of traveling from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds, with the quarter mile being run at 11 seconds flat and an exit speed on that run of 125 mph. The Callaway Corvette S610 kit also includes new door sills, embroidered floor mates and a unique plaque under the hood noting the build number – it seems that one is getting increasingly popular, although I don’t understand why.Customers may also opt out for a new coil-over suspension kit, carbon fiber aero parts and a new set of rims and tires. If it drives as good as it looks, this Corvette is to die for.
