Two important names, Cobb Tuning and Tanner Foust, have recently collaborated to develop and build a tuning program for the Ford Focus ST. The result is staggering, in the form of the Tanner Foust Edition.

They say the program will be available for purchase later this year and will be provided with optimized ECU, brand new sports exhaust system, larger intercooler and a totally redesigned air intake. It is due to these changes that the 2.0-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine hiding under the bonnet of the Focus will be able to generate 300 HP (224 kW), 48 HP (36 kW) more than the standard version.

In addition to these performance figures, the kit will also sport a new grille, carbon fiber accents throughout and body side graphics. Of course, this wouldn’t be complete without a set of better looking and larger wheels, alongside a sports tuned suspension. All of these features will reportedly be available for purchase either as separate parts or multi-stage package. No prices have been disclosed so far.
