Russian tuning garage Larte Design has gotten its hands on a Infiniti product recently; it’s not the first time Nissan’s luxury brand seems to be Larte’s vehicle of choice, since they’ve developed packages for the Q70, QX60, QX70 and now Infiniti’s flagship SUV, the QX80. Similar to previous projects, the body-kit is more imposing and almost scary compared to the factory defaults. Ironically, the QX80’s looks sleeker.

The package includes an aggressive lower fascia with larger air intakes and four circular running lights, resembling Brabus’ products, a matte-black grille with V-shaped slats and centrally positioned Larte logo. The Infiniti as also fitted with a couple of air inlets just above the headlights, which provide additional air flow to the engine. Other mods worth mentioning are a stainless steel exhaust system finished off with four black-chrome, 3.9-inch outlets at the rear and a big set of matte-black, five-spoke wheels.

Inside the cabin, the Infiniti QX80 features a steering wheel wrapped with a mix of black leather and brown Alcantara, teak wood accents trimmed with brushed metal used on the door sills, trunk area and the floor mats. Sadly, the tuner did not work on any upgrades for the QX80’s 5.6-liter V-8 engine, so owners will have to settle for the stock 400 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque. I guess if you can’t afford a Porche Cayenne or Audi Q7, this seems like a good choice.
