Jeep Grand Cherokee by GeigerCars has 718 hp

GeigerCars haven’t been really secretive with their take on the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. Pictures have been floating the internet way before the official release and the car was there for everyone to see. Many have thought that they have learned about the car as much as there was to learn and that the only thing left to see was how big the power increase is.

Well, the last piece of information is the most significant one. The Jeep Grand Cherokee by GeigerCars is probably the most powerful Grand Cherokee in the world. The original one has 475 horsepower, which is by no means weak, but the tuned version goes all the way up to 718 horsepower. This kind of an increase comes from a 2.9-liter supercharger which forces air into the 6.4-liter V8 engine. This kind of boost brings the car to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and all the way up to the top speed of 180 miles per hour.

Speaking of other changes, the matte color you see is just one of the options. You can choose the color of the foil wrap as an optional feature, as well as an oil cooler and 22-inch wheels. Lastly, and completely understandably, they had to deal with suspension in order to support such power. Sport springs and anti-roll bars make this car a lot stiffer, which is a good thing with 700+ horsepower.
