I’m actually glad I didn’t get to the Geneva Motor Show. Don’t get me wrong, you know I love sweet rides, but I would have been like a kid in a toy store: not knowing what to choose and never wanting to leave. But I definitely love the Mansory and their work, so let me share with you their latest project, the Lamborghini Aventador Carbonado GT.
Based on the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, the Carbonado GT features a wide body kit comprised of modified bumpers, extended fenders and revised side skirts. The Italian super-car also has a carbon fiber hood, a roof-mounted air intake, a rear diffuser and a stylish rear wing. And nobody can ignore those 20- and 21-inch forged alloy wheels with Pirelli P Zero tires.
Inside the cabin, the two-tone interior is outfitted with premium leather upholstery, a sport steering wheel and aluminum pedals. You would probably enjoy the carbon fiber trim, special floor mats and contrast stitching. On the performance side, the 6.5-liter V12 cylinder engine received new pistons, connecting rods, crankshafts, cranks and cylinder heads. The tuner also fitted the Lamborghini with two turbochargers and a sports exhaust system.
You might look cool driving thsi beast, but you’re definitely gonna pass by your friends incredibly fast, since now the engine develops 1600 HP (1176 kW) and an electronically limited 1200 Nm (885 lb-ft) of torque. How does 0-100 km/h in 2.1 seconds and a top speed in excess of 370 km/h (230 mph) sound? I know!
