Lamborghini Urus SUV Officially Announced for 2018
After 2012, when Lamborghini presented us with their Lamborghini Urus concept, many people have been eagerly anticipating a proper announcement of a real-world car. And it is finally here.
The name hasn’t been officially announced yet, but there is a strong possibility that it will keep the name Urus of the concept. What we do know is that the engine will have around 600 hp and that the car will have permanent all-wheel-drive. The dimensions of the concept car are 4,990 mm x 1,660 mm x 1,990 and the production model should be about the same size.
The Lamborghini SUV should feature most of the technological advancements that adorn other Lamborghini models, but we’re sure that three years is enough time to come up with loads of new high end features.
In terms of raising the question of Lamborghini making an SUV, give it a rest. Porsche are really broke the ice with their SUV models, so if the car is good, there is no reason to question its purpose.
