Preceded by their own upgrade package for the Maserati GranTurismo which they have revealed during the last year, DMC have recently launched a brand new tuning package for Maserati’s GranTurismo Convertible. This new upgrade program includes both performance improvements and aftermarket parts.

Starting with our favorite, power, the GranTurismo Sovrano Convertible sports the same V8 4.7-liter engine, which has been fitted with a supercharger. Its output was upped by 150 HP (112 kW) and 82 Nm (60 lb-ft) of torque, the car being now able to deliver 590 HP (440 kW) at 7,300 RPM and 472 Nm (348 lb-ft) of torque at 5,400 RPM.

The car’s chassis has been garnished with new tires, 305/30 R21 at the rear and 255/30 R20 at the front, in addition to a brand new sports suspension which lowers the car’s ride by 30 mm.

The car’s appearance is a bit different than the previous version. The Maserati GranTurismo Sovrano Convertible by DMC boasts with redesigned new spoiler lip for better downforce and a new front bumper. The hood features extra outlets and inlets, while the protrusive wide side skirts have been garnished with zigzag end-panels.

As for the car’s rear, the trunk spoiler and diffuser have also been redesigned. Important fact – all the aforementioned parts have been crafted from carbon fiber.
