The tuning specialists from Office-K, a renowned Japanese tuning house based in Tokyo, have decided to show their skills by modifying a gorgeous Maybach 57S and the result is more than impressive. At first, they’ve changed the car’s original wheels with a set of brand new Forgiato alloy rims, shod in high performance sports rubbers.
In addition, they’ve installed a set of LED lights to assort with the car’s HID conversion. Now, the interesting part – they’ve also made a couple of tweaks unde r the hood and the new performance figures are absolutely staggering! They go like this: a top speed of 171 mph (around 275 km/h) and acceleration from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) that lasts for just 5 seconds.
Those feats of strength are quite high for a car that weighs over two tons and measures in excess of 5 meters in length, but the AMG twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 engine that delivers 612 HP (456 kW) and 737 lb-ft (around 1,000 Nm) of torque makes sure it’s all possible.
