Perhaps they’ve barely thought of fitting a McLaren MP4-12C with new interior and exterior trim, but the main purpose of their work was based on performance. They are Autodynamica and here’s their latest project.

The folk have coated the original lower lip in sharp gray and then turned their attention to fit the car with carbon fiber lower grille bars and side windows. As a very cool finishing touch, the bonnet hides the signature of F1 McLaren driver Sergio “Checo” Perez.

The performance-side of the project is the most important if you ask us. The folk at Autodynamica have reprogrammed the car’s ECU and installed high-flow catalytic converters alongside a brand new Fabspeed X-Pipe. The result is an output of 724 HP and 552 lb-ft of torque. Furthermore, in order to be able to maneuver it accordingly, the driver’s job was aided with larger, better HRE wheels, measuring 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear, wrapped in high performance, sports tires.

As a reminder, thanks to the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 monster hidden under its bonnet, the MP4-12C delivers 616 HP and 442 lb-ft of torque. It is able to do the 0-60 mph sprint in just 3.1 seconds and won’t stop until it hits the maximum speed of 205 mph. The Autodynamica-tuned version costs $229,000.
