We have sadly omitted the McLaren MP4-12C Terso tuning package during the last year, when it was launched by Fab Design, but here’s some joy – it’s time to check on the same tuning package, but this time it’s mounted on a Spyder version of the McLaren. The package was reportedly unveiled at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon and will only be manufactured in 10 units.
In a similar manner to its sibling, the package for the Spyder comes with massive aerodynamic kits and powerful upgrades for the engine. The exterior of the McLaren encompasses a brand new front skirt with larger air intakes, redesigned side air intakes, new rear bumper, rear spoiler, brand new diffuser and new side skirts.
Ride wise, the MP4-12C has been completed with a brand new set of 20 inch triple-section forged alloy wheels wrapped in Dunlop SP SportMaxx rubbers. As for the cabin, it provides customers with the ability to choose between either carbon fiber, aluminum, Alcantara or a plethora of leathers.
The guys at Fab Design have once again called in the set of upgrades from the Coupé version. They have reportedly fitted the McLaren with in-house stainless-steel sports exhaust alongside a three chamber carbon tailpipe. Thus, a 680 HP was born, able to reach 60 mph in 3 seconds up to a maximum speed of 213 mph.
