Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG by Brabus

I was waiting on German tuner Brabus to invoke their magic on the smallest Mercedes-Benz AMG, the A45 AMG. The A-classe is the coolest hot hatchback around, and it has received some visual enhancements, like different bumpers and diffuser, as well as a rear wing and the Brabus two-tone mono-block alloy wheels. Brabus is currently working on suspension modifications, an upgraded braking system and some inside the cabin improvements.

Brabus has increased the output of the 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine, after installing the PowerXtra electronic kit, to 400 HP (294 kW) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm). This obviously means more fun, like a 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) time of 4.2 seconds. Similar upgrades are currently planned for the GLA 45 AMG crossover, mostly because it features the same motor as the hatchback and four-door coupe. Brabus is on a roll!
