Mercedes GLA by Brabus

I’m not sure if the people at Brabus ever sleep, but I have to admit that every project they ever come up with look simply dreamy. The tuner revealed a new body-kit and power-kit for the new Mercedes GLA. The Mercedes now features a new body-kit that accentuates its off-road abilities, including a more tough looking front bumper, new side skirts, a re-styled rear apron with an integrated diffuser and a roof spoiler. These parts were manufactured out of high-grade PUR plastics.

The Mercedes was also equipped their GLA with stylized under-ride guards,  LED lights concealed in the side skirts and a bespoke sports exhaust system made of stainless steel. That impressive set of 21-inch Monoblock wheels were surely worth the effort, while the adjustable suspension system fitted onto the Mercedes allows drivers to increase ride height by up to 30 millimeters, or lowered by up to 25 millimeters; whichever you prefer. Rubber is optional, Continental, Pirelli and YOKOHAMA tires are up for your choosing.

The most important thing that Brabus did was offer a power-kit for the Mercedes, but it depends on the engine. The Mercedes GLA220 CDI can be equipped with the ECO PowerXtra D3 powerkit, providing an extra 30 kW / 40 hp for a total of 155 kW / 210 hp (208 bhp) and 410 Nm (302 lb-ft) of torque. The result is 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 8.0 seconds and a top speed of 220 km/h (137 mph). Thank you, Brabus!
