The German tuners from Kicherer have taken the world by storm with their newest project, a bad-ass Mercedes SLS AMG with a supercharger strapped to its engine. They’ve named their new baby “Supercharged GT” and if the car’s menacing looks won’t take your breath away, then it’s new performance figures will surely do the trick for you.

This Mercedes SLS AMG received a mean looking body kit made entirely out of carbon fiber which consists of a new front spoiler lip, a new rear diffuser, unique fins for the front fenders, a hand crafted front grille and a new bonnet as well. The exterior was finished in a stunning matte black and a new adjustable suspension (which lowers or rises the ride height by 30 mm) and a new set of blacked out wheels sized 20″ up front and 21″ in the rear complete the new eye catching look of the car.

But there’s more to this upgrade package. The engineers from Kicherer have developed the supercharger themselves and it requires minor modifications to the car’s engine. Its pressure can be displayed on the tachometer in either digital or analogue form and you could even get a special app on your smartphone from Kicherer that will give you more data.

The Mercedes SLS AMG Supercharged GT also received a brand new stainless steel exhaust system and, thanks to the supercharger kit, it’s now able to produce 700 HP and 840 Nm of torque. That’s enough to take this supercar from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and to a top speed that exceeds 300 km/h.

There’s no word from Kicherer on pricing yet, but if you already afford to buy a Mercedes SLS AMG, you’ll probably afford this jaw dropping upgrade package, no matter the cost.
