This is a weird situation, as we’re both sad and joyful at the same time. Novitec has recently announced a tuning project for the Ferrari F12, but they’ve only released two renderings of the project. Until the program is finalized, let’s see what’s it all about.
There is a Novitec kit already for the F12 Berlinetta – it was launched back in November 2012 -, but the new customization program promises to bring us the a better version of the pre-LaFerrari most powerful road-legal car under the Ferrari badge. The November-released version was finished with a bright yellow paintjob, but this one is more like a Ferrari, as it is fully red.
It will reportedly boast a body kit crafted entirely from carbon fiber, including new side skirts, front/rear wide fenders with vents, brand new exhaust system, diffuser, new spoiler, newly redesigned hood with air vent and brand new front bumper.
The output of the V12 engine will definitely be above 763 HP (561 kW) and 703 Nm (518 lb-ft) of torque, figures that characterize the previous kit. That particular program allows the Ferrari to reach a top speed of 213 mph (345 km/h), slightly above the stock 211 mph (340 km/h). Stay tuned!
