It’s a bit weird for me to hear that Saleen is so interested in Tesla that the garage decided to released several design sketches of a modified Tesla Model S. Curious? So am I. It seems the garage added an Orange County Orange paint-job and an aggressive body-kit, comprised of several components made from carbon fiber, like the rear diffuser and decklid trim. The front air vents and carbon ceramic brakes are also new, as are the the tuner’s signature rims featured on the Tesla.
Inside the cabin, the Tesla has been revised. Owners will find a combination of leather and Alcantara for the two-tone grey upholstery with red contrasting stitching and the Saleen red logo embroidered on the headrests. It seems some performance upgrades are expected , allowing the Model S to enchant us even more than it did with its 416 PS (306 kW), 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) sprint in 4.2 seconds and top speed of 130 mph (209 km/h). Saleen says the first completed Tesla Model S will be unveiled this summer, but no clue at what costs.
