Compared to the 3 series or 5 series, the BMW 1-Series M Coupé is pretty weird looking if you ask us. That’s probably the main reason why many tuners have decided to develop upgrade packages for this car. This time though, the German tuning firm A-workx presents a set of technical upgrades for the Beemer.

Starting with the car’s exhaust system, the crew behind A-workx fitted the 1-Series M with an Akrapovic Evolution Titan exhaust system, with carbon fiber end pipes and remotely controllable valves. In addition, the package includes a new air filter, new engine mapping, new downpipe and a larger, more efficient intercooler.

The performance figures of the car were therefore upped to 450 HP and 550 Nm of torque. They’ve even got under the car, adding a three-way clubsport suspension from KW and modifying the braking system, with new stainless steel brake lines, racing brake fluid and sports brake pads.

In the end, the Alpine White BMW 1M was fitted with a short shift gear lever system, carbon roof and a brand new set of BBS RI-D ultralight forged alloy wheels shod in 9 x 19 ET 22 tires and 10 x 19 ET 25.
